Job Purpose and Impact
The Site IT Contact will use proficient skill and general information technology knowledge to conduct moderately complex first-level support tasks with complex procedures for information technology infrastructure support and operations.
Key Accountabilities
Participates in partnering and collaboration within team to execute tasks and meet customer needs.
Perform moderately complex, first level technology support tasks to purchase, install, configure and maintain operating system equipment and software.
Follow and execute on existing infrastructure strategies, process and systems.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
Computer Science Background
Ability to troubleshoot desktop, server, and network issues in a timely manner
Experience with Technology Risk Management
