- Assess customers’ needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services
- Clean floors, fixtures and maintain a clutter free environment
- Collect and dispose of all garbage and recyclables
- Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift
- Deliver fast service times (15 minutes or less for oil changes/25 minutes or less for ancillary services) by following procedures and working in a synchronized fashion with other crew members and according to the calls and echoes procedures
- Encourage a positive team atmosphere that enables the store to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve consistently high levels of customer service
- Maintain a high level of customer service and product and service knowledge

Work Conditions Attendance and participation in training

- Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions
- Exposure to extremes in climate (i.e. cold in winter / hot in summer)
- Exposure to automotive hazards (i.e. hot fluids and surfaces, sharp edges etc.)
- Flexible hours including nights and weekends up to 44 hours per week and overtime
- Interaction with employees, management, and the public at large
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 50 lbs.
- Requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Salary: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
