We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Clinical Coordinator in the Physician Health Program (PHP) to join our growing team!
Reporting to the Director, Physician Support Programs, the Clinical Coordinator is a key clinical resource in providing a range of confidential services, including case management, referral, assessment, treatment, and on-going support to medical student, residents, physicians, and their families in pursuing and maintaining their personal health and well-being.
This position also assists the Director, Physician Support Programs in advocating and advancing physician health initiatives provincially and nationally.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a clinical health profession (e.g., psychiatric nursing, social work, clinical psychology)
- 10 years’ experience in mental health/psychiatry and addictions
- Knowledge and experience in case management
