Katalyst Licensing & Promotions is looking to hire a full time, Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Licensing, Promotions, and MyLabelFactory.com businesses.
The Marketing Coordinator will work with the President and Creative Director administrative management of Licensor relationships such as Disney, Lucas, Warner Brothers, Mattel, Sesame Street, Labatt and Hockey Night in Canada. The role will also support the day-to-day customer relations and performance tracking for MyLabelFactory.com.
The successful candidate will possess an acute attention to detail, strong action orientation, excellent project/ time management skills, business professionalism, and a friendly disposition particularly when dealing with customers.
Responsibilities Include:
· Setting and managing project timelines/ work-back schedules
· Maintaining contact reports
· Developing monthly status updates
· Managing various approval processes
· Monitoring and responding to customer phone calls & emails
· Budget management
· Schedule and coordinate courier and shipping
· Other related duties as required

Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years experience working in a professional office environment
· College and/or university education, preferably sales, marketing or business related
· Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
· Ability to multi-task and manage various project workflows simultaneously
· Proficient in MS Office required (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
