Your purpose while in this role will be to perform simple manual work in order to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen. The work involves thorough cleaning of equipment and facilities following proper sanitation standards. Mopping, sweeping, ensuring the bin area and compactor are neat, clean and tidy. Helping the Sous Chefs if needed, while maintaining a positive culture through a courteous approach towards your team members.
