About the role:
Our General Manager will do just that – they’ll oversee the people, processes, and general operations of our Carstairs dealership, ensuring we’re achieving maximum efficiency in our fixed operations, crushing sales targets, and most importantly exceeding out customers’ expectations.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & F&I, the General Manager will be responsible for consistently achieving service, parts, and sales volume and profitability targets through strong leadership of the operations and sales teams as well as:
Managing, developing and sustaining a high level of employee performance and morale that result in a fulfilling and productive work environment
Recruiting, hiring, and promoting the right people for the right positions
Strengthening employee performance through timely training and development
Coaching employees in pursuit of developing a high-producing sales team
Taking ongoing action to sustain a positive customer experience
Ensuring the effective scheduling of service work
Maintaining control of and creating efficiency in our parts, accessories, and RV inventory
Conducting budgeting and strategic planning activities
Maintaining and strengthening strong community relations
Requirements:
High school diploma. University Degree is an asset
Related service experience in the Recreational Vehicle industry is an asset
Valid driver’s license
3-5 years’ Management experience
