The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for :
- Respond to customer needs in a proactive and diligent manner;
- Fulfill orders and deliveries in an optimal manner and according to industry best practice standards.
- Integrate and respect order or inventory changes to ensure proper account management;
- Identify and proactively manage potential order issues;
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and maintain a strong relationship of trust with them;
- Participate in the analysis of problematic situations and obtain answers or solutions related to shipping and inventory availability;
- Support the business objectives by adapting the customer approach or by welcoming system improvements and special projects;
- Collaborate with different departments for new product launches or special projects;
- Participate in cross-training to support department activities and any related tasks to support the department;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $12.00-$23.00 per hour

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
