Mississauga Toyota is currently looking for a Full-Time Service Advisor to join our busy team. We are looking for an exceptional team member that has the motivation to be a successful Service Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they come in for service inside the drive-thru to initiate the repair order process
- Review history and current vehicle data with the customer to promote required service and recommendations
- Promote monthly service specials
- Obtain diagnostics and estimates through communication with technicians
- Accurately document client concerns, initial costs and contact information on the repair order
- Keep clients updated with vehicle status
- Accurately report diagnostics and estimates to the customer
- Document approved repairs and update promise times
- Review all written notes and charges on the invoice once repairs are completed and prior to billing
- Review and ensure all open RO’s are closed as quickly as possible
- Cash out guests once their service visit is completed
- Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor
- Thorough understanding of vehicle design and maintenance
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is an asset not a requirement
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- A Driver’s License, a Clean Drivers Abstract and a Criminal Background Check are required
