- Perform recruitment of the Ontario territory needs
- Enforce, perform, assist in coordinate Safety Training to drivers
- Creates training materials and participate in delivering driver orientation
- Ensure compliance with regulations and record keeping concerning
- Enforce policies and standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations
- Monitor, counsel, and document driver violations of any jurisdiction or company policies or regulations
- Conduct Driver Evaluations
- Ensure Driver/ Vehicle files are up-to date and properly maintained
- Assist in other tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiar with the following Regulations :
- Transportation
- Health & Safety
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail
- Knowledge of insurance practices
- Expertise in the trucking industry is an asset
