As a Management Consultant, you will:
- Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment
- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
- Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
- Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards,
- Plan the re-organization of operations,
- Supervise staff
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with MS Word, Data analysis software, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook
- Specialization in Business Management, Organizational Analysis, Management Analysis, Operations Management, and Corporate Development Planning
- Strong interpersonal skills
- To be client focused with excellent oral and written communication skills
- To be disciplined, flexible, have good judgment, and be a team player
Remote work available
Salary: $43.25/hr for 40 hours/week
