Reporting to the Manager, Admitting and Patient Flow/Manager Logistics and taking work direction from the Coordinator, Admitting and Patient Flow/Logistics Team Lead, the Supervisor supervises daily operations and designated staff through the coordination of patients in all areas of the hospital, transports patients to and from appropriate areas and performs related administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Grade 12 plus three years’ recent, related experience including one year in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills And Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to deal with others effectively.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
Ability to supervise.
Ability to organize work.
Ability to operate related equipment.
