We are seeking a Cashier Customer Service to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling automotive parts in a retail setting where the customer is personally removing the part from a vehicle in the yard.
Responsibilities:
· Welcome and identify customer needs
· Explain products and services to customers
· Enter and process customer orders
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Knowledge of automotive parts is an asset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
