We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Sales Effectiveness to join our Ottawa team. The Director of Sales Effectiveness will lead N-able’s global enablement organization with the goal of empowering success across Sales and Channel Partner organizations.
This is a highly visible executive leadership position focused on driving near term results while scaling the people, processes, and systems for the future. We are looking for a leader committed to the development of their people and the enhancement of our N-ablite culture.
The ideal leader has demonstrated experience delivering global world-class enablement programs at scale, optimizing sales resources, and equipping leadership with actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Enablement professionals
Lead functional strategy and vision in alignment with company objectives while managing day-to-day execution, ensuring high standards of excellence across all programs
Take ownership and proactively drive cross-functional initiatives that impact sales productivity
Foster a culture of innovation and continual improvement through experimentation and piloting of new programming
Collaborate with Sales Leaders and stakeholders across product marketing, people, operations, and more
Leverage data, customer feedback, and direct observation to inform decision making and maximize impact
Qualifications:
Strong history of relevant professional experience; experience leading a global Sales Enablement organization in a matrixed, high-growth environment
A track record of developing impactful strategic programs
Independent initiator with a high degree of follow through – can own and take tasks through to completion
Interpersonal skills- ability to network inside the company, create relationships and gain input
Collaboration skills- values and incorporates input from diverse perspectives when designing, building, and implementing initiatives
Adaptability- shifts priorities and focus depending on business needs
Communication skills- successfully communicates with others from individual contributor to C-level audiences; gives and acts on feedback
