As our Recruitment Leader (RL), you will contribute to the success of Affinity Health and the team by delivering a timely and effective recruitment and selection service focused on attracting and retaining the best people. In this role, you will be focused on building recruitment strategies that translate current national market conditions and predictors of future market conditions into talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programs. The focus of this role is on caregiver and client support recruitment as a primary focus as it represents the core and critical resource for our organisation.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
(a) Provide support, advice, and coaching regarding recruitment decisions, policies, collective agreement, and relevant legislations
(b) Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle from requisition, search, screening, interview, selection, reference check, offer, through to on-boarding
(c) Develop business partner relationships with Regional Leaders and Head Office
(d) Define and execute innovative and effective search strategies and tactics using industry best practices to attract qualified candidates, both internally and externally
(e) Independently source and gather insights to attract the potential candidate’s interest while simultaneously assessing the potential candidate’s fit within the organization
(f) Build measurement tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of various techniques and strategies
(g) Promote diversity and inclusion to attract a diverse set of candidates including members of visible minorities, persons with disabilities, aboriginal peoples, and LGBT communities
(h) Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company’s Employer Branding
(i) Develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment policies and procedures
(j) Conduct regular focus groups and/or satisfaction surveys with current employees to help determine strengths and weaknesses of our recruitment practices
(k) Establish processes to monitor, assess, and respond to issues that affect recruitment performance and benefit capture
(l) Support the standardisation and implementation of the best operating practices
(m) Complete Ad-hoc HR related activities assigned by Sr. HR Manager
