Abbotsford Nissan, a family owned and operated new car dealership in the Fraser Valley is seeking a Senior Service Advisor. Previous experience on the service counter in an automotive repair facility is required. If you have minimum 1 year experience and are a motivated, team oriented individual, then this position is for you. Please submit resume with references.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Previous service advisor experience
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
