What will you do?
Grow orders to saturate key accounts
Establish customer intimacy through connections at all required levels of Customer organisation (engineering & purchasing department)
Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact and facilitates the coordination of cross-functional activities, resources and establishes key matrix relationships
Develop and execute plan accounts, develop long-term strategies around digitization and sustainability
Prescribe and influence tender specifications with differentiating features and benefits.
Lead solution project pursuit strategy
Lead sales proposal and close the deal when opportunity leader
Collect offer gaps, competitor information, pain points
Maintain opportunities pipeline, log in the company CRM and follow the Customer Procurement Process (CPP)
Participate in industry organization and events
What qualifications will make you successful?
10+ years of combined sales and technical experience in the electrical industry;
Strong interpersonal skills, team player with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work productively with others through open communication is essential. Ability to effectively manage and operate at all levels within the organization;
Self motivated and creative;
Effective time management skills;
Strong business sense and negotiation skills;
Detailed knowledge of Schneider Electric services and products preferable (electrical distribution, control, drive, scada, software);
Possess strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to create and execute account plans;
Have the ability to effectively influence, collaborate, and lead others;
Engineer degree, CET, or equivalent industry experience;
Established clients network in the region (asset).
