Nature of the position:
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Lead, the customer service agent will be a positive, hardworking individual.
Job responsibilities:
– Delivers the ultimate customer service experience to our retail partners
– Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests
– Provides helpful and professional service by phone/e-mail
– Placing customer orders by phone/e-mail using our B2B interface
– Giving price quotes to customers by phone/e-mail
– Provides order status to customers by phone/email
– Issues Return Authorizations numbers by phone/e-mail
– Product inventory
– Other office duties
Requirements:
– Career oriented individual
– 2-3 years experience working in a customer service environment (office experience preferred)
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with our retail partners
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Extremely comfortable speaking on the phone
– Professional E-mail communication experience
– High attention to detail
– Experience working in a team environment
– Problem solving skills
– Ability to multitask
– Strong mathematical skills
– Effective time management
– Positive attitude
– Strong computer knowledge ie. Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Hours: Monday-Thursday (9h00-18h00)
Friday (9h00-15h30)
Office is in an industrial area therefore having a car is an asset
