In the role of Marketing Specialist, Base Communications this role is responsible for working cross-functionally to manage communications to our Business customers relating to their products & services. It will be through your detailed nature that you understand the objective of the communication, the customer impact and craft a clear communication plan accordingly.
What you will be doing:
Receive and prioritize requests for service messages required to be sent to our customers.
Manage and request customer lists including segmentation and version management
Write customer communications that clearly outline the issue or situation in a customer-friendly
Work cross-functionally based on communication type to ensure that all assets are created and submitted per the specified timelines
Manage tight workback schedules and deadlines to ensure that all communications are approved and deployed on time
Support Base Marketing Managers with campaign execution, as capacity allows
What you bring to this role:
2-5 years’ experience within communications, agen,cy and/or B2B marketing
Excellent communication skills and superior written skills
Understanding of customer lifecycle
Proactive approach with a proven ability to seek out information independently, solving conceptual problems, and corralling resources is key.
Must be able to work in independently in a professional, rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills, highly organized with incredible attention to detail (written and visual consistency)
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, prioritize accordingly and execute with a sense of urgency
A results-driven, customer-first, and proactive individual who takes pride in their work
