We are a Japan based cultural education platform for kids aged 6-10. Our platform allows kids to learn about the world in real time. We are currently hiring online guides who can allow the kids to learn about Canada by connecting live via zoom.
Job description
We are looking for adventure guides to give 10 minute online adventures to kids. The focus of this is to allow the kids to learn about the Hawaii through entertainment. You can engage the kids in your hobbies and interests (if your hobby is popular with kids), or show them your area live! All will be carried out via live and zoom.
Pay
Pay is based on USD and therefore the value receieved in CAD may change depending on the exchange rate at the time.
Pay is based on how many participants join your adventure. For each 10 minute session you are paid a base of $7 USD plus 20 cents per attendee (max 80 kids). For 2×10 minute slots in an hour the pay therefore is a minimum of $14 USD and max $46 USD based on how many children attend the event.
Scheduling
You can do a max of 8 adventures per week. Times are determined by yourself from our calendar of availability. Unfortunately due to the time difference between Canada and Japan that ends up being quite late most days. In PDT our schedule is open for you to choose times on Fridays between 6-8pm, and on M-T between 1am-4.30am. We also host sessions live at elementary schools in Japan which usually fall on Weekday early evenings in PDT. These at school sessions are offered based on availability.
