Product Marketing Associate Specialist – B2B – Hybrid
As the Product Marketing Associate Specialist, you will be the first point of contact and provide technical expertise to our direct and dealer sales channels.

By blending remote and in-office work, we are able to take advantage of the independence and flexibility that comes with working from home, and the collaboration, teamwork and sense of belonging that comes from working together face-to-face. Key Responsibilities
- Creating product launch and promotional materials
- Initiating product training
- Developing Sales Support tools and recommending pricing
- Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining high impact communication pieces, print samples, and web-based marketing tools
- Developing product communications (internal) and press releases, including discontinuation announcements
- Maintaining price books and programs for multiple sales channels
- Providing support to Channel Sales and Support Teams in resolving inquiries in the field and ensuring they are trained on new products and software
- Liaising with other Canon sales companies and affiliated industry organizations to gather product information and maintain a high degree of updated knowledge on products
To Succeed, You Will Need
- Post secondary education, preferable in Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of product marketing is required
- Ability to analyze customer requirements, sales margins and provide pricing recommendations
- Project/process and time management skills are required to plan and execute launches and training and to navigate processes for various tasks
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Excel and PowerPoint
- French is considered an asset

- This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
