ECBVerdyol is looking to add a Customer Service and Office Support Representative to our company, and if you said yes to the questions above, then you could be the perfect fit for our team.
We’re a manufacturing company based in Riverton, Manitoba. We’ve been a part of this community for many years, and our goal is to manufacture high-quality products, and offer the best customer service experience in the industry! That’s where you come in.
You’ll be joining our team in the head office, and you’ll also be working with our remote team. Together we work to ensure the best customer service possible.
Offering support to HR and Logistics, the Customer Service and Office Support
Representative is the “in between” for many departments, and there’s never any shortage of variety in this job! We offer a friendly work environment and competitive salary and benefits package, and full-time hours (8 hour days, Monday-Friday).
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Enjoy working collaboratively, but take ownership of projects and work well with minimal direction.
- Live in the Interlake Region. Our office is located in Riverton, Manitoba.
- Have an eye for detail. You’ll be working collaboratively with our Logistics and HR departments, so being good with numbers is a must.
- Find joy in organization. There are a lot of moving parts to this job, so being able to organize and ensure that tasks are completed is necessary for success.
- Have previous experience in customer service or accounts payable positions. We’re looking for someone who can get up to speed fairly quickly.
- Are a self-starter who gets excited about new projects. As a company, we’re always looking for ways to improve and do things better, and enthusiasm about new tools and processes is definitely a desired trait.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Customer Service:
- Manage incoming inquiries via email and phone.
- Invoice customer orders and ensure orders are logged correctly.
- Follow internal processes to ensure orders are shipped and tracked correctly.
- Obtain and provide pricing and estimated delivery dates in response to customer inquiries.
- Manage our Accounts Payable department:
- Entering of AP invoices and coding these to appropriate accounts.
- Reconcile monthly statements from suppliers.
- Fax, scan and copy documents.
- Match supplier invoices to all coordinating paperwork, POs and work orders, and ensuring proper approval for all invoices.
- Ensure all Payables are entered in for month’s end.
- Provide support to Logistics Manager when needed.
- Support HR as needed.
- General office duties as assigned.
- Maintain good stock of office supplies, samples, and marketing materials—shipping out materials to customers as needed.
- Manage e-commerce shipments, working directly with Sales and Marketing to ensure good stock and timely delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.
