We are HIRING a CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR who will be working at our head office in midtown Toronto, to lead a team that connects with thousands of our patients a week all across Canada and helps keep them healthy. As the company prepares for continued growth, we are looking for someone to lead the growth of our Call Centre / Customer Service Team.

• We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience leading a call center and a track record of success in picking, managing, and growing those around them.

• Someone with experience creating and managing based on KPIs.
• And lastly, an individual who is service-oriented believes in the end customer experience and aligns with our objective of providing the best patient experience to our tens of thousands of patients across Canada.

What would you be accountable for?

• Supervise the call center team and processes, including recruiting, training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns, performance standards, team duties, and responsibilities.
• Developing a rewards program aimed to motivate and engage the team.
• Prepare reports and analyze call center data to improve processes.
• Ensure the workload is properly allocated among the team in order to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the team with an open communication policy and provide coaching and development opportunities for each member.
• Act as the liaison with all other teams at CDS, including Operations and Clinic Managers.
• And last but not least, reach out to patients alongside the team to directly support CDS’ growth objectives
