Our client in the heart of London, Ontario is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team. This full-time position requires previous experience and a passion for detail and numbers.
Responsibilities include:
Auditing and closing files in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with other departments on billing transactions, including setting up clients, and running reports
Ensure all monthly activity is complete and accurate as it relates to the position
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and correct quality control issues such as duplicate billing, data entry errors, set up/system errors, etc.
Ability to monitor key financial metrics on projects
Strong time management and prioritization of tasks, following tight deadlines.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in billing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Strong mathematical skills
Keen attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
Understanding of insurance company guidelines is an asset
Some experience of automotive terminology
Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
