We are a growing full-service IT solutions provider requiring a capable and accountable IT Specialist.
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support remotely and onsite at client locations
· Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin, Cloud Backups and Security
· Ability to support computer hardware, software and networks
· Email user account management, backups, setup and system support
· Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
· Experience with setting up Networks (Routers, AP’s, etc.)
· Experience with Windows Server
· Document and track customer issues and resolutions
· Assist in day to day operations and end user support issues
Qualifications:
· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
· Ability to maintain and complete accurate record keeping
· Must work well independently, as well as follow directions
· Able to handle more than one responsibility and meet deadlines
· Strong communication, organization and time management skills
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Carpentry, wiring and electrical knowledge would be an asset
· Candidates who do not have a valid driver’s license need not apply

Salary: $37,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
