Fair Waves Coffee Inc. is a franchise business with Coffee Houses located throughout BC and AB. We set out to create a place where friends, family, and strangers could feel good coming together as a community. Founded in 2005 at Hastings and Richards Street in downtown Vancouver, Waves has been blazing the trail with superbly fresh brewed coffee, a commitment to local craftsmanship and community, and incomparable service.
It is the Head Office’s responsibility to provide proper training and live by example for the rest of the Franchisees and store level staff to provide the right customer experience every time. As a member of the Head Office, the goal is focusing on helping our Franchise Partners to meet and exceed their business expectations, while providing excellent support and communication. Responsibilities:
The quality control manager is the person that has the knowledge and experience on the best practices to create the perfect cup of coffee and espresso shots. They are responsible to maintain an excellent level of quality through quality control, product development and proper training of the Franchise Partners, Store Managers and Staff. They ensure safety, quality and efficiencies at the store level, as well as provide feedback to the Marketing and Operations team in regards to coffee trends and operations improvements that will help with the profitability and growth of the coffee shops.
