As a Full Stack developer, under the supervision of a Team Lead, you will actively participate in our research and development initiatives as well as the design and development of our current platform.

Responsibilities

• Follow and contribute to implement the technical vision of the ShipTrack web systems.
• Participate to the design and the development of the ShipTrack platform.
• Participate to software releases.
• Perform and develop unit testing and peer code review.
• Document requirements and issues.
• Anticipate and assess complex issues and propose adapted solutions.
• Apply software development processes and policies defined by the development management team.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in software development or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in agile methodology.
• Understanding the microservice architecture.
• Good Knowledge of C# and SQL languages.
• Good knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML
• Good knowledge of Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Good knowledge of MSSQL, Redis and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Typescript, VueJS, Vuex, Vuex-ORM, Unit Testing (Jest), Tailwind and SCSS an asset.
• Knowledge of .Net Core, Docker, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kong, an asset.
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments is an asset.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.
