VP Finances and Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Recruitment, hiring and onboarding process
– Overall remuneration policy and structure
– Assessment of performance
– Payroll, from the weekly time cards to ADP
– Management of training, development, career management, succession planning and maintenance of knowledge
– Management and supervision of departures
– Support to management, in particular legal aspects, disciplinary measures and development of management skills
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– D.E.C. or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources option
– Maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
– Recruitment experience and knowledge of social media platforms
– Bilingual (French and English)
– Oral and written communication skills and ability to establish good interpersonal relationships
– Sense of analysis in order to understand the issues and be able to provide appropriate and innovative solutions.
