Paladin Technologies and their group of companies is seeking several Journeymen Electricians to join the growing team in Vancouver, BC. Due to business growth in 2022, we would like to add more talented Journeyman Electricians to our team. Our project base is very diverse; from commercial tenant improvement opportunities in restaurants, banks, offices, theaters, government buildings; institutional work in schools, hospitals, correctional facilities; light industrial work in aircraft maintenance facilities, warehousing, and food processing plants; to our division for specialized fire alarm upgrades and replacements, and an expanding service department. The majority of our work is currently in the lower mainland but out of town opportunities arise around the province on a regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform electrical work efficiently
- Execute quality installs meeting company and code standards
- Assist Foreperson by completing accurate and detailed paperwork
- Proactively assess risks and develop plans to align with safety regulations; ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, maintain, and grow customer relations on a site level
- Support, lead, and mentor team members / apprentices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Red Seal Electrician certificate
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Desire to grow and advance your career through mentoring and ongoing training opportunities
- Excellent service, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, with an excellent attendance record
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
- Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract and no restrictions
