  • “Customer Service Representative “will offer a welcoming environment by greeting all guests with a smile and offering complimentary beverages.
  • Customer experience is our TOP priority. Your role is to establish rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience under any circumstance.
  • Be responsible for preparing and pulling up vehicles for showings, test drives and deliveries.
  • Should a customer want to take out a vehicle on a private test drive, the Concierge will arrange
  • For any trade appraisals, the Customer Service Representative will take photos of the trade and input the photos and VIN into our system.
  • Trade negotiations? Our “Happy to Help” Sales Managers will take care of that so no sweat to you!
  • Arrange and organize the inventory and lot.
