Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE:

• Order management
• Customer Service
• Inventory management
• Customer and Material Master data key user

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Order management, inclusive of managing 4PL interface and error resolution
• Key point of contact for 4PL on transportation matters
• KPI tracking and management of order to invoice
• Ensure Sox compliance and control
• Manage, Monitor, and reconcile inventory between 4PL system and Takeda’s ERP system
• Inventory Tracking transactions (ie goods movement)
• Inbound inventory data interface management
• Inventory obsolescence provision and reporting
• Reverse Logistics – customer credits and chargeback billing management
• Customer service support – key point of contact for routine operational resolutions
• Oversight of tender and consignment customer order process
• Customer and Material master data key user
• Managing key customer orders from order entry to delivery and resolving any issues
• Handling of Order to Invoice process and ensuring Sox compliance
• Responsible inventory management, maintaining adequate stock levels and reducing obsoloscence.
• Be Canada’s key user and data steward for customer and material master data

• Abliliy to work in multiple technical environments (ie ERP systems)
• SAP Order to Cash process
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and transactions
• Knowledge of complex transaction data sets
• Excel/Microsoft products
• Ability to operate cross functionally with 4PL, internal stakeholders and customers
• Ability to breakdown complex situations into clear and concise communications
• Ability to implement harmonized processes
• Ability to establish a high degree of accountability through both KPI measurement and clear communications
• Ability to manage and execute established process and process flows
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities across multiple parties (internal, customer, vendor/service provider)
• Strong capabilities to bridge technical solutions to desired results
• Excellent ability to solve problems and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Interaction with Internal Finance, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain
• Interacting with External customers
• Interaction with Service Providers such as 4PL
• Ability to look for creative solutions to complex situations to ensure data integrity and security of supply
• Willing to leverage technology to drive process excellence and improve supply chain responsiveness
• Able to manage ambiguity, find pragmatic solutions & align/influence with key stakeholders
• Capability to manage and recommend solutions for highly complex supply chain issues with various stakeholders & cultures
• Ability to work with ERP solutions
• Ability to collaborate and work with others in a team environment
• Ability to train others on the Takeda S&OP and planning processes, measure performance and make recommendations to improve business results

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Post Secondary education in Engineering/Operations/Logistics/Finance or similar degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Logistics preferably in Canada Pharma Industry
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Knowledge of supply chain processes in a complex ERP
• Ability to manage stakeholders with win-win oriented results
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• APICS certification or Logistics Certifications
