Job Description
Responsibilities:
Part-time RPNs perform a variety of duties to ensure the resident’s overall wellness is maintained.
Job Duties:
Active participation in all aspects of Resident Wellness including:
- Medication Administration
- Completing Resident Assessments
- Development of Resident Care Plans and updating as required
- Additional duties as directed by Director of Healthy Living
- Provide direction and support to front line staff
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, practices and philosophies. Works in accordance with all industry and regulatory compliance agencies, the Ontario Retirement Communities Association, The Retirement Homes Act 2010
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to quickly problem solve while multi tasking
- Excellent Critical Thinking Skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00 per hour
