In your role, you will:

• Act as a strategic player in various small projects.
• Plan and monitor the progress of quotes and orders to meet the planned deliveries to the customers, based on constraints and profitability objectives of the department.
• Organize and coordinate the quotations and orders of raw material and/or components, to manage the inventory, to ensure follow up with the customers and the suppliers, to carry out analyses on usage and consumption and to propose and/or implement solutions.

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Production/Logistics or a College degree in Industrial Engineering and/or a minimum of three (3) years of equivalent experience.
• You have between three (3) to five (5) years experience
• You hold good planning and procurement skills as well as analysis and problem-solving skills.
• You retain good interpersonal relationships.
• You have good communication skills, bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written.
• You have knowledge of the following computer software: Access, Excel and PowerPoint
