This position is based in Bamberton BC, 30 minutes outside of Victoria BC, at the Coast Mountain Resources quarry.
Your day-to-day will look like:
- On site safety meeting at 7:00am
- 10-hour work shift
Do you have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience operating a Loader
- Aggregate industry experience (mine, quarry, etc.)
Technical Skills:
- Proven ability to operate machinery safely while achieving operational targets
- Experienced in safely working in and around construction sites.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Great attitude towards safety
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
- Results-oriented
- Desire to grow within our organization
