I’ll break it down like this:
Supporting our People & Culture Team:
You will help transition our successful applicants through the offer and onboarding stage including accurately creating employment contracts with a quick turnaround
Your excellent attention to detail will help ensure you can administer all people & culture aspects of the team member lifecycle
You can get creative and help the Head of Employee Experience and the People & Culture Manager in implementing initiatives that will attract and retain amazing people, so we can achieve our vision!
Initiate the on-boarding process for all team members within set timeframes
Ensure an effective onboarding process for all new team members by monitoring completion of the onboarding checklist and that 100% of onboarding tasks are complete prior to team member’s start date
Accurate and timely administration of all people data into required systems
Have a voice on our Slack channel and help us celebrate, acknowledge and congratulate our people on special occasions (and just because we like them!)
Supporting our Talent Acquisition Team:
You’ll be responsible for talent sourcing, screening resumes, and coordination of interviews
There might be a job advertisement or two (or 5!) that needs creating too
You’ll often be the first contact potential employees with have with Fundsquire, so naturally leaning in to our Values and putting them at the center of all communication is essential to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Timely and accurate diary management, booking interviews in the TA Lead diary
Resume screening and pipeline creation of ideal candidate talent pool
Requirements
Who are you?
Bachelor Degree in HR or a related field
2 years generalist Human Resources experience
Exposure to the recruitment process
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft suite
Positive attitude and ability to quickly build rapport and positive working relationships
Ability to balance competing demands to meet deadlines
Acting with integrity and a high level of confidentiality
Ideally, you’ve had some experience in a startup environment or in a organization that has been in growth phase
Most importantly, your fine-tuned organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and go-getter attitude to help will make you a standout from the moment we say hello!
