Company Introduction:
T&T Supermarket Inc. was found in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 29 stores across the country: 13 in BC, 6 in Alberta, and 10 in Ontario. The Company’s continuous expansion is bringing forward its first-ever store in Montreal, Quebec and 3 more new stores in BC, Alberta, and Ontario, all set to open in 2022/2023.
The Role:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Employee Relations, the Human Resources Analyst works in partnership with other Human Resources Centre of Excellence teams and provides professional human resources services and advice to store management in areas including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management. The job incumbent functions as a change agent, communicating needs proactively between our Human Resources Centre of Excellence, store management, and employees, and delivering value-added services to the Company.
