Requested skills
Bachelor’s degree in RI or HR or Administration option Human Resources;
3-5 years of experience in a human resources and manufacturing department;
Membership in the Order of IS/HR is a definite asset;
Knowledge of the Ms Office suite;
Knowledge of a pay system (e.g. Employer D) is an asset;
Respect for the concept of confidentiality;
Discretion, autonomy and responsibility;
Rigour, discipline and respect;
Attention to detail;
Teamwork and sense of humour required;
Able to work overtime when required;
Excellent knowledge of French in oral and written, oral and written English with an intermediate level of knowledge;
Ability to work under pressure.
