Our ideal candidate has previously worked with the BambooHR platform and is passionate about data integrity and analysis.

The HRIS role requires a combination of HR expertise and some tech skills. • Audit and analyze data to ensure integrity (data accuracy and completeness) via standard and ad hoc reports from BambooHR. Advise HR on how to make the required changes and maintain strong relationships with IT and Finance counterparts as it relates to the usage and integrity of data and reporting from BambooHR into other key systems of operations
  • Drive the development and/or maintenance of processes to ensure that we continue to abide by ISO and GDPR standards
  • Support reorganizational functions at a senior management level by ensuring that reporting lines are up to date in the system’s organizational chart, and that changes are implemented promptly
  • Support the global HR team so that they are properly trained on new functions and revised processes so that they can continue to implement data-driven decision-making in their regions
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user manual(s) and training materials that support HR processes
  • Provide day-to-day support to the global HR team through troubleshooting and responding to questions about data management or Bamboo functions
  • Ensure that all staff are properly trained on the Bamboo functions that relate to their role.
  • Coordinate with departmental leaders to ensure that our corporate onboarding content is up to date and incorporated into global onboarding plans
  • Prepare quarterly reports such as our global Headcount file and Time Off Liability report, using Bamboo data
  • Manage our global performance and salary review processes through BambooHR
  • Work with regional HR personnel to update policies and processes in Bamboo, as needed
  • Support M&A functions by owning the data integrity of all relevant uploads into the system, and support a smooth experience for new users during the integration process.
  • Other duties, as required, that relate to the usage and maintenance of BambooHR

To be success in this role you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing an HRIS system in a global, mid-size organization
  • Previous experience with BambooHR is ideal, but not required.
  • Strong ability to act as an advisor, influence outcomes and build relationships across all levels of employment, including Executive Leadership
