About You

Duties Include
- Scale and manage in the areas of front-end, back-end, dev-ops, machine learning and support.
- Serve as the Scrum Master for the team.
- Collaborate very closely with the CEO to define the product roadmap, accelerate product growth, and uncover new technical opportunities.
- Stay hands on and contribute to the overall technical output of the team by delivering new functionality and participating in typical SDLC processes such as code review, testing, etc.
- Monitor and strengthen the technical platform and AWS infrastructure.
- Participate in strategic executive-team meetings and discussions.
- Build tools and procedures to catch inaccuracies early on.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience within a similar role and industry.
- Successful track record in Software Engineering positions with leadership experience in a remote work environment.
- Experience working with an executive team on connecting technical vision with business goals.
- Technical skill set in Python/Django, Docker, AWS, service and event-oriented architectures and various SQL and NoSQL DB systems.
- Experience with HubSpot, Jot Form, Word Press and Zoom.
- Proven ability to utilize API’s and connect no code/low code tools to optimize product go to market efficiency and security.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements for data and security.
- Experience working and developing high converting user interfaces and webapps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with therapists, physicians (MDs and DOs), physician assistants, and nurse practitioners and gain clinical exposure. This is a fully remote position, and we are hiring for an immediate start.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
