Reporting to the Associate Director of Total Rewards, The Compensation Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the compensation function and the administration of related programs and policies. They assist the Compensation Consultant in the design, implementation, roll-out, and assessment of the company’s compensation programs, including base, short-term incentive compensation, and a variety of other reward programs.
