Getware is a new, fast-growing machine learning start-up headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Getware is ventured back, having recently closed its pre-seed round with local investors such as MaRs IAF, N49P and Entrepreneur First.
Getware works with B2B product teams to build ROI-based roadmaps.
Our NLP platform helps product teams identify what product opportunities will have the biggest impact on revenue. Our platform automatically captures, segments and analyses unstructured customer feedback like NPS, sales calls, surveys etc and extrapolates what’s most important for each customer, making it visible, consumable and actionable to product teams so they can impact revenue and achieve their goals.
Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing startup and has an important seat at the table as we strive to hit our growth milestones. You will be joining a small, tight-knit team that is passionate about making product management efficient. You will work closely with our marketing to find and nurture qualified prospects, take them through our sales process and close deals to hit our growth targets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, competitive, energetic, and has a deep understanding of selling to executives. You will also share key insights into prospects’ behaviour to improve product and positioning. The role not only offers uncapped OTE but also provides an opportunity for exceptional learning and career growth.
The Sales Representative role is a transitional phase to the Senior role, meaning that if you do well, you’ll have the opportunity to build a sales career path in the company. Once you have built a strong customer portfolio and proven a successful track record, you will opt for a performance review to get promoted to the Senior role.
