Job Description:

- Works directly under the Project Lead and Support the project activities to reach completion.
- Will get expert opinions and guidance from the Project lead & industry experts.
- Actively contribute in conception and initiation, Project Planning and other phases of the projects.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and key stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute in conception and initiation by gathering information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare standards & Ontario Health guidelines.
- Alert in case of deviations impacting project objectives.
- Ability to work in multiple projects and effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
- Will coordinate the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, or consultants in order to deliver projects according to contract and plan.
- In addition to leading the implementation, the incumbent will develop and build client relationships ensuring open communication and act as a single point of escalation and resolution to project issues.
- Must be able to interpret and manipulate data from computer-generated reports.
- Participates in end-to-end project management delivery, working with the Project Lead, management team and Project consultants.
- Organize and run recurring meetings to communicate project status with the Management team and the Health Care Project consultants.
- The Project Management Associate is expected to be autonomous and responsible in supporting the Project Lead run the project organization and activities.
- Support the Project Lead in implementing and managing healthcare projects in accordance with Ontario Health guidelines.
- Perform other related duties or any management duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in project management, business, marketing, engineering or healthcare.
- Either degree/diploma with Major in Project Management or CAPM and planning for PMP certification.
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

Salary & Benefits:
Salary:
- $45,096.00-$62,136.00 per year
