Responsibilities and Duties:
What does a typical day look like? Trick question. We’re a startup and there is no such thing as a typical day! But here are some of the things you’ll likely be doing in the first few months.
- Support by phone and email
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
Qualifications
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Display empathy and emotional intelligence
Work Schedule :
- 37.5 hours (between 8am to 6pm – Monday to Friday)
- Work from home, with 2-3 group activities (paid travel) per year at the Head Office in Montreal.
