Role and Responsibilities As the Pre-owned Sales Consultant, you play a very important role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. You are to enhance the sales process for the Pre-Owned Sales Department customers by offering the ‘Red Carpet’ treatment as we would Guests in our homes. You must conduct yourself with utmost professionalism while being compliances with OMVIC (i.e. municipal by-laws regulating automotive sales). • Welcomes incoming sales traffic (telephone, internet, &/or in person) with respectful professionalism and qualifies/addresses customer needs and objectives by demonstrating the vehicles features and benefits • Responsible to attend all Sales Meeting on time; responsible to attend and complete all Sales Training. • Presents lease and finance options intended to complete the sale while adhering to Lexus Downtown process, policies and procedures • Arranges trade-in appraisals with completed appraisal forms in conjunction with the Sales Manager • Acts as the liaison between prospects and management during negotiations with the integrity needed to build trust and a win-win situation • You are accountable to meet monthly Sales Target. • Strategically turns over and introduces all [completed sales] customers to the Financial Services Department– having recommended value added products to conclude the final contractual transaction • You are to enhance the Sales Process with every prospective buyer (customers) by walking with them to show them the Lexus Downtown facility, introduces to available managers to meet with each guest & help them to select their desire vehicle. • Follows up existing customers and prospects with information designed to arrange sales appointments • Must respect all vehicle demonstrator like your own vehicle • You are responsible to report any damage(s) on company’s vehicle to on duty Sales Manager or General Sales Manager. • Must be available at all time to take first up, second up or third up • Communicates with the reception, greeter, and the sales manager at all time when you become unavailable to take Sales up (i.e. lunch, delivery, pick up guests & etc.) • Make necessary arrangement with customers’ deliveries (i.e. communicating with customers, Financial Services Manager, Sales Manager, licensing clerk, automotive insurance agents & etc.) • You are to complete the delivery process with your customers, from signing all papers to review all features of vehicle to customers. You must have the Financial Services Manager’s approval to ensure all documents are signed and presence prior to releasing customer goes. • Be current with product knowledge, you are responsible to do ‘Lexus Sales Pro’ on ‘Infostream’ on a monthly basis • You are accountable to meet the LCPOPE scores • Performs other related duties as required by the Pre-Owned Sales Manager Qualifications and Preferred Skills • Valid OMVIC Sales Consultant License • Valid class “Gâ€� Ontario Driver’s license • Clean Driving Abstract • No Criminal Record • Professional Appearance • Proven of track record of Sales, meeting Sales Target • Full knowledge of Federal, Provincial, and Municipal by-laws regulating retail automobiles sales • Knowledge to use E-mail and computer • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of daily operations • Effective organizational skills • Ability to adjust to and work with teams • Confidence • Ability to work under pressure and meet Sales Target • Interest in and awareness of markets and financial implications of own products and competitors • Quick decision-making abilities • Excellent knowledge of their companies’ present and past product lines To Apply: send resume to General Manager, Christopher Lina.
