Job Purpose
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Transformation, the Specialist, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) is a passionate expert and thought leader who will push the organization to move forward in its commitment to being a culture where everyone feels represented and valued and has equal opportunity to learn, grow and contribute their best. This role will create a plan to measurably raise awareness, facilitate conversations; and review, refine and monitor our programs and practices. The role will have the mandate to foster meaningful, lasting change and position World Vision Canada (WVC) as a leading employer in this area.
