Quality, Risk and Organizational Development Specialist
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, and in consultation with the Leadership Team, the Quality, Risk and Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for a range of centralized operations related to accountability and planning with a focus on quality (accreditation, quality improvement, client records, privacy, accessibility), risk management (risk, client safety, research, ethics) and organizational growth and development. Developing and implementing a Centre wide framework, the Quality, Risk and Organizational Development Specialist will establish and support processes to monitor service quality, organizational functioning and client outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
The successful candidate must be available to work flexible hours, must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and maintain adequate liability insurance or must have ongoing access to a vehicle and driver for Pathways business. A Police Vulnerable Sector Check is required along with proof of applicable vaccinations/ immunizations.
