Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Reporting to the Radiation Safety Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for the effective and efficient provision of clerical support for the Radiation Safety Office. Duties include:

Typing 50 wpm required. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) required.
Knowledge of Visio preferred.
Medical Terminology (75% pass mark) and ionizing radiation terminology preferred.
Familiarity with SAP Time Entry and SAP Requisitioning and database entry experience preferred.
Radiation Safety Awareness training will be provided for the successful applicant.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
