We are looking for a mature person who can embrace our Member First philosophy through their genuine interest in our Members but can also understand the intricate ins and outs of the vast array of products and services that CAA offers. This person will be motivated to provide excellent customer service and along with achieving sales targets through in-person and over-the-phone interactions.

What you will be doing on the job:
Reporting to the Manager of the Member Service Center, you will provide outstanding service and relevant solutions to our members while promoting CAA’s products and services. This means you will be speaking with our Members in person and over the phone, taking payments, enhancing their Memberships, and explaining our products. Sometimes you will be taking their passport pictures and sometimes you will be issuing their International Drivers Permit. You will be helping them plan their road trips by taking customized orders and handing out tour books and maps. After you have been with us for a while you will be handling their car rentals and hotel reservations and providing them with travel medical insurance.
What has made you who you are:
You possess a high school diploma and preferably have some post-secondary education under your belt.
You are savvy with computer software and can pick up new skills quickly.
You are organized; it’s not unusual to see you with a ‘to-do’ list.
You have enjoyed your experience working with the public.
You are motivated to sell
You know your way around a map and can identify many major US and Canadian cities.
Most of all you have an awesome attitude and desire to help people.
You can be flexible and work the occasional early evening and 4 hours every third Saturday.
Bilingualism would be considered an asset
