• To ensure that we provide excellent customer

service to our key account customer whilst

meeting and exceeding their expectations.

• Ensure all responsibilities and activities are

managed in accordance with established service

levels, KPI’s and SOPS’s and is within Revenue

& Cost parameters.

• Ensure that all associated administrative

requirements are complete and accurate.

• End-to-end-Visibility – across supply chain,

including suppliers, transportation carriers,

overseas offices to ensure total visibility and

control of all orders.

• Collaborative information sharing – share

information and collaborate in real-time.

• Early warning alerts and exception management
• resolve supply chain disruptions before they

disrupt the client’s business

• Understanding of Airline, Ocean & Land network &

equipment capabilities

• Understanding of rates & peak operational periods
• Understanding of data management systems e.g.,

booking platforms, track & trace interfaces and

other freight management systems

• IAA Aviation Security trained (ongoing training in

line with current legislation)

• Strong planning and organising skills with the ability

to multi-task whilst working to tight deadlines

• IT skills (intermediate e.g., excel, word,

PowerPoint)

• Demonstrate strong effective technical operations

competence

• Problem-solving and decision skills in

multi-functional settings
