What You’ll Do:
Using both your sales skills and your continuously growing knowledge of HVAC products, you will provide an exceptional experience for the wholesale customer at each engagement, with the goal of ensuring a high probability of sales growth with both new and existing customers.
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Distributing to, and communicating with, customers about new marketing initiatives.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
· Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
· Work with our wholesale distribution partners, answering product, pricing and availability questions and providing simple quotes.
· Keeping customers informed and updated on product and pricing updates.
· Assist customers with accuracy of purchase orders and cross-reference pricing before submission to manufacturer partners.
· Develop and maintain relationships while uncovering new sales opportunities with existing customers and providing exceptional after-sales service.
· Develop comprensive knowledge of product features and benefits, advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
· Utilize virtual meetings such as ZOOM or Microsoft Teams, when requested, to build relationships with new customers.
· Create records of potential sales opportunities in CRM to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
· Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

· Demonstrated attention to detail, experience working multiple projects and progress towards sales project completion.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams applications. Customer relationship management (CRM) software experience is a plus.
