Position description

Reporting to the Store manager, the Sales associate is responsible for providing customer service, to meet its sales objectives, assist in product merchandising and support is internal training. True company ambassador, the Sales associate will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.

Responsibilities

· Offer a high standard customer service and outstanding shopping experience;

· Develop long lasting customer relationships;

· Reach its sales objectives;

· Apply company policies and procedures;

· Support its internal training;

· Apply safety programs;

· Assist in store openings and closings;

· Support the promotion of product;

· Contribute to the visual merchandising of products;

· Ensure regular store maintenance;

· All other related tasks.

Qualifications

· Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;

· Be available to work days, evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time
